Charlotte specialises in thrown porcelain tableware and surface design. Her collection of work includes porcelain mugs, jugs and bowls plus many other unique thrown and hand rolled pieces. As well as exhibiting at craft fairs and selling through galleries, she makes bespoke work in collaboration with individual clients and for museum shops including special exhibitions. Much of the work is decorated with transfers whether hand drawn illustration, text, or imagery from Victorian sources. Charlotte develops new work every year so the collection remains fresh.

Charlotte also specialises in printing and marbling techniques. Her stoneware alphabet tiles are hand printed using a lithographic type process, while her hand marbled porcelain for both two- and three-dimensional forms is similar to the traditional technique used on paper. The work is glaze fired to 1,240ºC and the transfers are fired on at 800ºC which is a third firing process. All work is dishwasher and oven proof apart from a few pieces with gold lustre detail.
